APPRECIATION IS A TICKET TO RECEIVING MORE
I attended a church's one year anniversary and was amazed by the practicality of God's love there. The church workers were joyfully active and accommodating.
As the service unfolded, i noticed something about the resident pastor. The man, whenever given the opportunity to speak, kept appreciating his workers.
It got to a point that i began to wonder why he kept doing that. Then it dawn on me… maybe that was the secret to the workers' devotion and zeal — the constant appreciation they received.
We all know its one thing to put all efforts to seeing something succeed and another for such effort to be recognised and appreciated.
No matter how we deny it, everyone wants to be seen and appreciated. And we feel discouraged when we are not.
One special thing appreciation does is to opens the mind to do things its never imagined it could.
We may feels its unnecessary to say thank you for the least assistant we get. Or appreciate the services we receive, even when we pay for them. But one thing we should know about appreciation is that it boost confidence and create a special urge in the heart of the receiver to do more and better.
As Northrup Christiane said, "Feeling grateful or appreciative of someone or something in your life actually attracts more of the things that you appreciate and value into your life.”
Appreciation to me fuels passion and creativity.
In order to lead a remarkable life, we must make it a habit to tell people, "thank you" for the least effort we receive.
We should learn to express our appreciation sincerely and expect nothing in return.
